Order Processing
Sales Orders can be entered via internal sales/customer service
departments; Palm based mobile order entry, Internet orders
direct from the end customer, or via EDI/XML standards. Customer
information such as ship-to's, part numbers, exception pricing,
invoice preferences and other default information is stored
in the database and retrieved when an order is initiated. Puts
all customer and real-time inventory information at your fingertips,
accessible via the Web from anywhere, anytime. |

Purchasing
The Purchasing system manages inventory reorder requirements
based on EOQ/LOQ analysis of inventory levels and prior usage.
The system allows for quoting to multiple vendors, placing purchase
orders direct from quotes, and blanket purchase orders. It incorporates
auto-faxing, email, EDI, and XML as methods of placing a purchase
order with a vendor. Vendor performance is tracked and measured. |

Inventory Control and Warehousing
Using wireless bar-code technology ensures efficient and accurate
order processing throughout the Picking, Packing, Shipping,
and Receiving stages. Pick tickets are organized by location
to promote efficient picking. Scanning of product bar codes
ensures that the correct item and quantity are shipped with
the right order and reduced from inventory accurately. The system
has the capability of generating customer specific bar codes
labels with customer defined part numbers and descriptions.
The system handles multiple warehouses, kitting, inventory transfers. |

Product Architecture
The platform for eRPortal™ is based on the Microsoft .NET
architecture using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 running on Windows
2000/2003 Server. The entire system is XML enabled including
all front-end and middle-tier components. |

Reporting & Analysis
Our system includes a robust set of reports that allow you to
recognize previously unrealized efficiencies. And, we offer
an easy-to-use report configuration for creating ad-hoc, custom
reports. |
